How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package yet. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the time you place your order for its status to update.
How long will it take for my package to get to me?
All of the items listed on this website are premade and will have a processing time of 1-2 days unless otherwise stated.
There's been a mix-up with the mail carrier. My package was delivered to the wrong address/ says it has been delivered but has not been/ there hasn't been a tracking updated in a few days.
All packages are sent with tracking information. The first thing you should do is contact your carrier service directly. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer responsible for it. All claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly through the mail carrier service.
All orders are final sale. Please make sure you refer to product photos, descriptions, and double check the sizing before ordering.
